The Lake Tahoe Corvette Club would be honored to have your company participate in our 10th Annual 'CORVETTES AT LAKE TAHOE' car show as a sponsor.
We will be hosting this event on the weekend of June 21 - 24, 2012, at MontBleu Hotel Casino and Spa in Stateline, NV. Our car show area takes up the entire front parking lot, which fronts Hwy 50 - the only highway leading through town. Because of this location, many tourists and local residents visit our show as well as approximately 350 car show participants.
CORVETTES AT LAKE TAHOE is one of the premier car shows on the west coast. Our 2010 show was featured in the January 2011 issue of Vette magazine. Car show participants come from as far away as Texas, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Colorado and southern California.
The sponsor fee for Corvettes at Lake Tahoe is only $300. In return we will provide the following:
Up to two 10 X 10 vendor spaces at no charge. . . . a $95.00 value.
Two complimentary tickets to the awards banquet . . . a $90.00 value
Display up to 3 of your banners - one in the car show area, one in the awards banquet room and
one in our Hospitality tent.
Place a link on our website to your web site.
Place any of your promotional material and/or coupons in all the goodie bags.
Mention your sponsorship in all of our PR advertisements.
We will announce your sponsorship often during the day on Friday and Saturday.
Space permitting, we will consider any other displays you might wish to set up.
This is no ordinary car show; it's a weekend event. In addition to the usual T-shirt dash plaque, music all day, vendors and 'People's Choice' judging, we offer car show participants an optional Poker Run, Slot Tournament, Video Simulation Corvette Racing, golf outing and a side trip to Virginia City. All proceeds from the car show go to local charities. We are a 501 (c4) organization.
The Montbleu Casino Resort has offered reduced rate accomodations to participants, vendors and sponsors of our show. Rate info and contact info is:

Friday and Saturday - $159.00
