Summer Salute Car Show May 28, 2022 

The Lake Tahoe Corvette Club was well represented at the huge Salute to Summer Car Show May 28 in Reno. There were over 400 cars registered and our club members attending included Patty Siler, Linda Dosey with her nephew and his fiancé, Barbara Coe, Dave Goldstein with his daughter Emily, Mark Koffman, Jim and Marilyn Smith and Charlie Hyatt. With hundreds of cars entered, it is quite amazing that LTCC members took home TWO trophies! Left to right are Mark Koffman, Jim Smith and Marilyn Smith.  Jim and Marilyn won a Finalist Trophy for their 1961 red/white C-1 Corvette.  Mark won a Finalist Trophy for his 1962 red C-1 Corvette. There were 20 Finalist trophies given out to favorite cars in no particular order. The Memorial Day weekend car show benefitted local veteran’s organizations, with proceeds going to Nevada Honor Flight and the Veteran’s Guest House. Thanks to all who participated!
