Lake Tahoe Corvette Club does not currently sponsor their own Car Show.  However, we give back to the car club community by providing support and volunteering for Car Club events that also support our charity of choice, the Veterans Guest House in Reno, Nevada.

We currently proudly promote two Reno events, Summer Salute and Cars and Stripes, both of which occur in Reno, Nevada and support Nevada Veteran's groups, associations and services.

We commit each year to volunteer for Car Club events including  preparations for these events, day of event administration, and attend these events to support the local car club community.

​

In 2025, we sold trophies in advance of the Summer Salute and collected donations for contents to be included in participant Goody Bags and then stuffed each bag to be received by the participants day of the event.  We also will volunteer at this event to man the booth displaying the trophies and assist in the presentation of the trophies to each class of winner.

 

We have also committed again in 2025 to volunteer and assist the Cars and Stripes event sponsors with parking and registration for their event.

Events can be nominated for 2026,  so please let the board know if you are aware of any events that the Club should consider.
