About Lake Tahoe Corvette Club
Lake Tahoe Corvette Club (LTCC) was formed in 1989 by a group of Corvette enthusiasts from the Lake Tahoe and greater Carson Valley area, all of whom shared an interest in an American heritage: The Chevrolet Corvette. We are still going strong after 30 plus years averaging 70 members annually.
Since we are a social club with a passion for Corvettes, our monthly meetings are a meet and dine. We meet the first Tuesday of each month at a local restaurant, currently La Capital Café and Grill. Located at 1795 E College Pkwy #100, Carson City, NV 89706. We may order from the menu! Dinner/Social Hour starts at 4:45 pm. The meeting is called to order at 6:00 pm.
We strive to have at least one social event per month that we refer to as ‘Drive and Dines’ which are usually one day events. We choose the most scenic routes to caravan to interesting and fun places. In the past we have attended various car shows, gone on tours of the California wine country, Anheuser-Busch and the Jelly Belly Factory in Fairfield and the Naval Air Station in Fallon (Top Gun), and visited interesting museums, gold mines, historic towns and unique restaurants! Occasionally, a member will plan an event that requires an overnight stay or longer. We also enjoy getting together for local events such as potlucks and game nights, especially during the winter months! In the past, the ladies have attended an old-fashioned High Tea Party at a member’s house. (Sorry, no men allowed at this event!) In addition to our monthly Drive and Dines, the ladies meet on the third Wednesday of each month for lunch and sometimes invite the guys to join them for lunch and a movie! The men also have a nice coffee meeting once a month. In December we hold our annual Christmas party which is the highlight of our social year.

Until 2017 we hosted a premier Car Show, known as Corvettes at Lake Tahoe, the proceeds from which we donated to local charities both at the Lake and in the Carson Valley area. Unfortunately, we lost our venue due to construction of Tahoe Blue Convention Center. We are actively searching for a suitable venue in which to host future car shows.
We are a not for profit (501(c)(3)) organization). We support our Veterans and contribute to the
Veterans Guest House whenever possible.
